Contact the academy

Email support@jinmartialarts.com and include the email address attached to your member record so the staff can verify the correct family account.

When to reach out

Reach out if you are having problems accessing your account. If your access code does not arrive, check your spam folder first and wait about 10 minutes because codes can sometimes be delayed.
